  • Infosecurity Intelligent Defence conference – Terms & Conditions

    1.                  The online registration and payment of the booking fee (plus VAT), once accepted by the Organiser, will enable you to attend the Infosecurity Intelligent Defence conference (‘the Conference’) on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th June at Infosecurity Europe 2016, held at Olympia, London. The Organiser reserves the right to decline your booking.


    2.                  One discount only can be applied to an individual registration.


    3.                  The Organiser reserves the right to vary or cancel the Conference or venue where necessary. The Organiser accepts no liability other than to refund the booking fee if, for whatever reason, the conference does not take place.


    4.                  All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.


    5.                  No refunds will be given if you cancel your booking. No replacement delegates may attend in your place without the prior written consent of the Organiser.


    6.                  Once your booking and registration fee are accepted by the Organiser, this booking constitutes a legally binding contract.


    7.                  Reed Exhibitions Limited reserves the right to change the content, timing and venue of the conference.


    8.                   To the extent permitted by law, neither the Organiser nor the speakers will be liable for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss occasioned to any person acting, or omitting to act in reliance upon the content of the Conference except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the booking fee. The Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss, loss of profit, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or loss of data.


    9.                  By registering for the Conference, you consent under all relevant data protection legislation to the Organiser communicating with you by telephone, fax, email and post and using your personal information for the purposes of your attendance on this Conference.


    10.              These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to them, the validity and performance hereof or their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law (save that the conflicts of law principles will be expressly excluded). The parties hereby irrevocably acknowledge and agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect hereof.
