Online Payment Form for the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) – Foundation course at Infosecurity Europe 2017

1. The online registration and payment of the booking fee (plus VAT), once accepted by the Organiser, will entitle you to attend the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) training course (the “Course”) on Thursday 8th June at Infosecurity Europe 2017, at London Olympia (the “Venue”), London, United Kingdom. The Organiser reserves the right to decline your booking without explanation.

2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary or cancel the Course or Venue where necessary. No refunds will be given for a change of Venue. The Organiser accepts no liability other than to refund the booking fee paid if, for whatever reason, the Course does not/do not take place.

3. Cancellation of your attendance on the Course must be made in writing. No refunds will be given if you cancel your booking. No replacement delegates may attend in your place without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

4. Once your booking and registration fee has been accepted by the Organiser, this booking constitutes a legally binding contract.

5. The views expressed in presentations made at the Course are those of the speaker and not, necessarily, of the Organiser. Presentations at the Course, or the presence of speakers at the Course and/or the Venue, do not constitute an endorsement of the speaker's views, products or services. The Organiser expressly disclaims any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, service or process presented by a speaker or otherwise available at the Course and/or the Venue and makes no representation that any products endorsed by use or demonstration at the Course(s) would not infringe upon privately owned rights.

6. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Organiser nor the speakers will be liable under contract, tort or otherwise for any loss occasioned to any person acting, or omitting to act in reliance upon the booking, scheduling or attendance at the Course(s) except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the booking fee. The Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss, loss of profit, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or loss of data.

7. By registering for the Course, you consent under all relevant data protection legislation to the Organiser disclosing your information to the Organiser's contractor, Digital Infrastructures of Obrechtstraat 28, 3572 EE Utrecht, Netherlands. Further, you expressly agree to the Organiser, Digital Infrastructures and Cloud Security Alliance using your personal information for internal processing purposes, and for the purposes of communicating with you by telephone, fax, email and post in connection with your attendance on this Course. In addition, we may use your details to invite you to other events organised by Reed Exhibitions Limited or its group to offer you other relevant products and services supplied by Reed Exhibitions' group or third parties.

8. This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
