    The Tech Talks and Strategy Talks are a series of inspiring, bite-size presentations addressing the latest technical and strategic challenges, and sharing up-to-the minute information security and cyber security insight, knowledge and best-practice.

    Start planning your submission(s) now to be in with a chance to speak at Infosecurity Europe. Late submissions won’t be accepted!

  • Key Dates

    Submissions open: Tuesday 23rd October 2018
    Submissions close: Tuesday 11th December 2018 (5pm GMT)
    Submissions reviewed: January 2019
    Successful/unsuccessful submitters notified:  February 2019

    PLEASE NOTE: The Call for Papers will close on Tuesday 11th December 2018 at 5pm (GMT) for Tech Talks & Strategy Talks. After this time, no further submissions will be accepted or reviewed. No late submissions will be accepted, regardless of the circumstances. We recommend that you plan ahead so that you can make your submission(s) in good time.

  • What you need to know

    Who can submit?
    Only contracted Infosecurity Europe 2019 exhibitors can make submissions.

    How are successful submissions selected?
    Selection will be made by the Infosecurity Europe Call for Papers Advisory Committee.

    What will you need to prepare for your submission?

    • Session information (session title, abstract, five learning objectives)
    • Speaker(s) information (bio, photo, address, phone number)
    • Logistics contact details (if applicable)

    The Small Print:

    • Only submissions from contracted exhibitors will be considered.
    • There is no guarantee that any of your submissions will be successful.
    • We will not accept speaker changes after a submission has been accepted. Your session will be removed from the agenda if your speaker is unable to participate and your slot will be given to the next speaker on the waiting list.
    • A maximum of one submission per contracted exhibitor can be accepted for the final programme (even if you submit the maximum of three proposals).
    • If your submission is accepted the Content Manager reserves the right to edit your title and outline for style, consistency and accuracy.
    • The Content Manager will allocate the timing of the talks – exhibitors are not able to request a specific timeslot for their session.
